Warranty
SpecTech, Inc. warranties that all products we ship will be free from defects and will meet all other specifications as advertised. In the event of a product defect, please complete and submit the Damaged Product Form immediately. SpecTech, Inc. will only be liable for replacement of the product. SpecTech, Inc. will not be responsible for any other costs or damages incurred.

Returns

Damaged Product
Occasionally products are damaged in shipping. Any damages must be reported within 10 business days of receipt. Please keep the product and the packaging it was shipped in. Complete and submit the Damaged Product Form. We will contact you with return instructions and product replacement procedures.

Undamaged Product
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, the following return policies apply: Unopened cartons and unopened bagged product may be returned. You must complete and submit a Return Authorization Form and receive a return authorization number prior to returning any product. SpecTech will not issue credit for products returned without an authorization number and will not return such shipments to the sender.

Note: SpecTech will only authorize returns on products purchased directly from SpecTech. If you purchased one of our products from a distributor and wish to return it, please contact the distributor to determine their return policy.

How to Return:
Product must be returned within 21 calendar days of receipt. Do not attempt to return products prior to communicating with us. Charges associated with returns are the responsibility of the customer. SpecTech will not accept COD shipments. Product must be returned in its original packaging to the following address:

Credit on Return Items
Upon receipt and inspection of the product, SpecTech will issue the appropriate credit if required, less 15% restocking charges.

Our Web site encrypts your credit card number prior to transmission over the Internet using secure socket layer (SSL) encryption technology. However, no transmission of data over the Internet or any other public network can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. Although we make reasonable efforts to safeguard your personal information once we receive it, we cannot warrant the security of information you transmit to us. How to limit the use of your information
If you have opted to receive product information and promotional mailings and would no longer like to receive these mailings, please contact us by any of the means listed on our Contact page, and we will remove your information from our lists in a timely manner.
